Alpha animals take note: brake cable adjuster for brake cable routing from above with tank steering.
With this brake cable adjuster you can adjust the complete wear path of the brake without having to re-clamp the brake cable.
The brake cable housing is inserted into the red part with a brake cable end cap,
the black barrel is hung on the actuator of the SA drum brake,
and the brake cable is passed through and clamped at the bottom at the steering plate.
You can save yourself the trouble of unsightly cable ties. Nothing will jump out.
To adjust the brake:
Loosen the upper knurled nut,
Turn the lower knurled nut to adjust the brake and then
Counter-tighten the upper knurled nut against the barrel again.
This can be done without tools and with one hand in closed wheel arches and takes less time than a "technical" break.
Grease the threads during the annual service so that nothing gets seized.
And psst: For the second life of worn-out brakes, there is "da boot" here in the shop.
